 [The Agreement of Utilization]
 Article 1 (The purpose)
 The purpose of this agreement is enact the clinic and the user's right(or the member), the condition and procedure, responsibility of the service utilization on the internet(here in after the "service") provided by AONE plastic & aesthetic surgery (here in after the "the clinic")

 Article 2 (The Efficacy and Change of this Agreement of Utilizations of Site Use)
 ① This term has the force by being posted on the online board. 
 ② The clinic can modify the Agreement within reasonable reason under the Republic of Korea and International Law.
 ③ Modified Agreement has the force by being posted on the online. To modify the important rules like the user’s duty or the right, it need to be posted on the online before 7 days.
 ④ The customer can stop using the service or withdrawal the membership if customer doesn't agree with modified agreement.
 But, using the service continuatively after a enforcement day of agreement is regarded as customer's agreement with modified rules.

 Article 3 (The Rule of this Agreement of Utilization)
 ① This agreement are modified with information for individual service(here in after information for each), provided by the clinic.
 ② For the case not written on this agreement, it's possible to adapt relevant law or detailed guideline legislated by the clinic.

 Article 4 (The Definition of the term)
 ① A member : A person who made a contract with the clinic and given ID and password, for using this service.
 ② Customer : An user of this service, as member or non-member
 ③ Contract : When the customer agreed with the clinic's agreement and fill out the application form to request to using this service, the clinic makes the customer to possible to using the service with given ID.
 ④ ID : A combination of alphabet and number which decided by the member and approved by the clinic, for distinguish the member.
 ⑤ Password : A combination of alphabet and number which decided by the member, for protecting the own rights and interests
 ⑥ Information of the member : The member's personal information required to fill out the application form. (Ex: Name, Contacts)
 ⑦ Post : All the things the member posts or registers, includes a question, answer, reference, photo, video and comments on the clinic’s online board.
 ⑧ System operator : A person who is hired by the clinic, for whole management of the service and smooth operating
 ⑨ A board manager : A member who passed the selection of the clinic and do a management of the online board.

 Article 5 (The formation of the contract for usage)
 ⓵ The contract for usage is considered as being valid by clicking the "Agree" button for agreements of utilization and the privacy policy.
 ⓶ The contract for utilization is valid by the clinic's permission for the customer's request.

 Article 6 (Applicate the Service)
 ① Membership should be subscribed with real name.
 ② A customer who wants to use this membership service should provide the information required.

7. Cell Phone number
8. Gender
9. Security Number

③ Every member should provide his/her own name and contact to use the service. And member who registered his/her real name only can assert the right. 
④ ID with an illegal use of other's name(personal information) can be deleted and punished under the relevant law.
 ⑤ The clinic can grade the members and provide different services depends on the grade. 

 Article 7 (Protection The Personal Information)
 The clinic is trying to protecting member's personal information includes registration information, following the relevant law decision.
 For protection of member's personal information, it follows relevant law and "Privacy policy" legislated by "Aone Plastic & Aesthetic surgery".

 Article 8 (The Permission for The Application)
 ① A person who wants to be a member subscribes the information follow as Article 6. And the member will be permitted for the service, who clicked the button "Subscribe". 

 Article 9 (The Restriction of The Application)
① The clinic can deny the application for the case as follow : 
1. An false application with an illegal use of other's name
2. The applicated information includes false contents, an omission, a misentry
3. An applicant for membership has an experience as had lost the membership, following the 

terms. 
4. The purpose of application is offence a peace and order, public moral
5. Applicated a membership with a bug or malicious program to using the weak point of the site.
6. An applicant has an experience of losing the membership following the policy of operation this site, due to reason's attributable.
7. A person applicates who is in competition with this service.
8. The case of the clinic's requirement for application the service is not enough.
② If the application the service does apply these case as follow, the clinic can reserve the application until the reason will be removed.
1. Not enough to system
3. Have technical disorder
3. The case of difficulty to permission by other reasons
③ If the applicant is minor following the relevant law, the clinic can reserve the permission under the decision of service information.

Article 10 (Given the ID and modify)
① For customer, the clinic give the ID following the agreement.
② member ID can't be modified in principle, but if you want to change the ID owing to unavoidable circumstances, should withdrawal the ID and applicate again.
③ The service member's ID can be connected with membership ID of own site which is operates by '', with member's consent.

④ member ID can be changed if it does apply these case as follow, with member or the clinic's requirement.
1. The case of concern of livasion of privacy by subscribing the ID with member's phone number or security number
2. The case of giving hatred feeling or offense against public moral
3. The other case of reasonable reason
⑤ The responsibility of management of member ID and password is on the member.
 If the loss of usage of service or illegal usage by the third person is occurred by careleness of management, its responsibility is on the member and the clinic doesn't have the responsibility at all.
⑥ Other rules about management or modification of member's personal information is following the service information decision.

Article 11 (Usage hour for the service and stop the service)
① Usage hour for service is open all year around, 24 hours per day unless the system occurred technical or business disorder.
② The clinic can stop the service suddenly without notice, because of emergency checking, establishing, replacing the system and stop the service permanently under the reason the clinic thinks reasonable like changement for totally new service etc. In this case, the clinic do a notice easily prior or posthumous the work.
③ In the case of impossible to providing normal service due to a state of national emergency, blackout, disorder of service facilities, a flood of service usage, the clinic can stop/restrict the part of service or the whole one. The reason and the period will be noticed prior or posthumous the work. 
④ It's impossible to prior notice to stop the service because of rampant reason and no notice for the other's intentionally or negligently stop the system.
⑤ The clinic can devide the service and design the usage hour to each service separately.
 But for that case, it should be notice.

Article 12 (Management of member ID)
① All responsibility of management for member ID and password is on member.
② The clinic can restrict on the changement of member ID when the member wants to change his/her ID, unless member has the reasonable reason the clinic can acknowledge it. Because the clinic performs all the matters of management for member by identifying the member ID
③ All the responsibility of occuring the fault or illegal usage of the third person because of member ID or the password, is on the member/customer.

Article 13 (Management of posting)
The clinic can delete or move, deny the registration without pre-notice which is following these cases.
1. The case of the contents includes harm the honor or insult the third person or the other member
2. The case

blackout, disorder of service facilities, a flood of service usage, the clinic can stop/restrict the part of service or the whole one. The reason and the period will be noticed prior or posthumous the work. 
④ It's impossible to prior notice to stop the service because of rampant reason and no notice for the other's intentionally or negligently stop the system.
⑤ The clinic can devide the service and design the usage hour to each service separately.
 But for that case, it should be notice.

Article 12 (Management of member ID)
① All responsibility of management for member ID and password is on member.

③ All the responsibility of occuring the fault or illegal usage of the third person because of member ID or the password, is on the member/customer.

Article 13 (Management of posting)
The clinic can delete or move, deny the registration without pre-notice which is following these cases.
1. The case of the contents includes harm the honor or insult the third person or the other member
2. The case of circulation of the other's portrait right, privacy, trade secret

3. The case of circulate or set up a link the contents which harm the public morals and public order
4. The contents encourage illegal replica or hacking
5. The case of advertisement which aims the profit making 
6. The content is objectively admitted that connected with crime
7. The content invades copyright or the other rights of other member or the third person
8. The content confusing or giving bad influence to operation, not according with the character of the board, against the rule prescribed by the clinic
9. The case against the purpose of the board by posting same contents on many board
10. Other cases judged as against the relevant law

Article 14 (Copyright for posting)
① The copyright of posting which posted by the member is belongs to the member who posted that post. And the clinic can't use the post for commercial purpose without the writer's agreement.
But as for non-profit object, the clinic can use the post without the writer's agreement and also the clinic has the right for publication.
 ② The member can't use or process randomly the material and information which posted on the service, for the commercial purpose.
③ The clinic can delete or move, deny the registration without pre-notice when the post or content is judged as following the article 13.

Article 15 (Provide the information)
① The clinic can provide the information which is needed to using the service, via E-mail or a letter to the member. But the member who didn't agreed with that, don't provide.
② The clinic can require the additional personal information under the member's agreement, for the purpose of introducing the service aiming the member or the improvement of service.

Article 16 (Advertising and contract with advertiser)
① The parts of service the clinic can provide to the member, is from the profits through the advertisement. The member agree with advertisement exposed when the member is using the service.
② The clinic doesn't have the responsibility of demage or loss occurred by participating the promotion or trading activity which was performed by advertiser through the service.

Article 17 (Point or mileage system)
① the clinic can give the point or mileage(The thing given to the member following the particular condition, kind a bond which can used as cyber money) to the member.
② The clinic can establish the detail guideline for using about getting the point, how to use it, etc and the member should follow them. 
 ③ The clinic can provide or get the minimal information(ID, security number, other information to recognize the member, name/ address/ phone number for delivery if it's necessary) with affiliated company for saving and using the member's point.

④ In the case of verification of getting point with illegal way, the clinic can withdraw the member's point and delete the ID(serial number), charge the member with a crime and so on.

 Article 18 (The clinic's Duty)
① The clinic is trying to offering the continuous, stable service under the decision of the agreement of use and don't do the action against good public order and customs.
② The clinic protects the personal information safely and doesn't provide to the third person without member's consent.
③ The clinic constructs the security system for protecting the personal information(includes credit information) for using the internet service safely.
④ The clinic should process the claim or the opinion from the customer, if it's admitted as reasonable. But in the case of difficult to process right away, the clinic should notice the reason and the process schedule to the member without delay.

 Article 19 (The Customer's Duty)
① The member should subscribe all the items and informations based on the truth includes his/her real name, when he/she applicate to the membership or modify the information.
② The member should follow the rules and notices which the clinic notices, includes the notice and various regulations, regulated items on this agreement. And the member shouldn't do the action which harms the honor of the clinic or interrupts the work of the clinic.
③ All the responsibility about the result from illegal usage, neglecting the password is belongs to 

the member. Exceptional case is the clinic has the responsibility following the 'Privacy policy' or relevant law.
④ The member can't do a business activities without pre-permission of the clinic, and the clinic doesn't have the responsibility of result of that business activities. If the member makes a loss to the clinic through that business activities, the member has the duty to compensate for damages. And the clinic can claim the demage through the due process and restrict the service usage for that member.
⑤ The member can't give or transfer the right for using the service, the position as the using contract to the other person without the clinic's agreement.
⑥ The member can't harm the intellectual property rights of the clinic and the third person.
⑦ The member shouldn't do the action which is following these items. If the member do these actions, the clinic can restrain the service for the member.
1. Sending the email or posting the contents in disguise as the employee and the operator of the service or impersonating, using the other member's name illegally.
2. Subscribe the false information for the application or the modification the information
3. Using illegally another user's ID, password, email and so on
4. Make a deal of user ID with someone else
5. Disguising the operator, the employee, the persons concerned with the clinic.
6. Modifying the client program or hacking the server, changing the part or whole posted information without the right given from the clinic
7. The action demage or interrupt the service in offense.

8. The information from the service use for the publishment or the broadcasting, copying not for the service utilization, providing to the third person without prior permission of this clinic
9. The transmission or the positing the information(Ex: Computer program) which is forbidden according to relevant law
10. The distribution of information, video, audio, figure, phrase of vulgar and obscene contents against public moral and order 
11. The distribution through the transmission, posting, message or the other way with the insulting contents or the personal profile, can intrude on a person’s honor or the privacy
12. The action of taunting or threating the other customer and suffering the specific customer consistently
13. The collection or saving the other customer’s personal information without the clinic’s permission
14. The action judged as relevant the crime objectively
15. The action against the International Law and the Relevant Law of Republic of Korea and the condition of utilization, various regulations and the term designed by the clinic

Article 20 (Change or Cancel the Contract)
① When the member wants to cancel the contract, duly cancel according to way to utilization the clinic designed. 
② When the member is against the article 19, the clinic can stop the service for the member or cancel the contract without prior notification.

③ The clinic can cancel the contract of utilization of the member who didn’t use the service over the year, if the member doesn’t answered about the availability of the service. 
④ The member can file an objection according to the way to utilization, when the member has the objection about the result of the item no.2 and 3.
 And if it judged as legal or reasonable objection, the clinic resume the service for the member without delay.

Article 21 (Use Restriction of the Service)
① The clinic can limit the service utilization of the member who is against the article 19 and no.7 of this agreement or relevant case of following items
1. Use the word harm the public moral as the ID or the Nickname
2. 타 이용자에게 심한 모욕을 주거나, 서비스 이용을 방해한 경우
The case of insulting the other customer or interrupting the service utilization 
3. Posting the copyright data or the copyright article without permission
4. The rectification demand from the public institution like Korea Internet Safety Commission
5. The advertisement of illegal website
6. The distribution of the photo, the posting, the personal information without permission
7. The case of posting the content against number 7 of detailed rules of Korea Internet Safety Commission 
8. The content including the antinational performance
9. The case of serious repercussions to operating the website

② Following the above rules and the regulation of handling the faulty user, the clinic can stop, initialization, withdrawal the contract of utilization without extra notice. 

Article 22 (The Compensation)
① The member should compensate all the clinic’s losses when the loss occurred by the infraction.
② The clinic doesn’t have any responsibility of not relevant case to the privacy policy, connected with the utilization of the service.
③ The clinic doesn’t have any responsibility of any losses and legal responsibility by using the Aone Plastic & Aesthetic Surgery.

Article 23 (The Exemption Provisions)
① The clinic is exempted from the responsibility of providing the service, in the case of natural disaster or the war or uncontrollable thing.
② The clinic is exempted from the responsibility of losses in the case of stopping the telecommunication by service key telecommunications business operator.
③ The clinic doesn’t have the responsibility of the losses of inevitable reason like the repair, the replacement, the surveillance test, the construction of the service facilities .
④ The clinic doesn’t have the responsibility of the losses or the disorder of service utilization due to the causes attributable.
⑤ The clinic doesn’t have the responsibility of the losses by computer errors or false entry of the electric email address or the personal information.

⑥ The clinic doesn’t have the responsibility of loss or no obtaining the economical profit the member predicted by the service. 
⑦ The clinic doesn’t have the responsibility of the loss by the contents while the member is using the service. And also the clinic doesn’t have the obligation of the mental harm by the other member while using the service.
⑧ The clinic doesn’t have the responsibility of the information, the data, the credibility, the accuracy of the contents posted by the member.
⑨ The clinic doesn’t have the duty of intervention in disputes between the member and the third person by the service and also doesn’t have the responsibility the loss of that. 
⑩ The clinic doesn’t have responsibility of any losses of service utilization free of charge.
⑪ The clinic doesn’t have the responsibility of any losses of the member’s utilization of the board and all the responsibility is belong to the member who posted the contents on the board.
⑫ The clinic respects the regulation designed by the law of Republic of Korea and never allows posting the contents against the law includes juvenile protection act and information network law. And the clinic doesn’t have any responsibility about that.
⑬ The clinic doesn’t have the responsibility of legal problem and all the demage can give the effect to the third person or the member own, occurred by service utilization. 

Article 24 (The Jurisdiction and The Proper Law)
① The case not described on this term is according to relevant law like the Telecommunications Business Act and the commercial practice. 

② The clinic and the member need to do a consultation conjunctly, in the case of disputation between the members.
③ A competent court is the court who control the region of the clinic’s location, in the case of starting a suit of the disputation about the service utilization.

Additional Rule (Enforcement date)
1. The notice of modification of this term at 2 March 2011
2. It is enforced from 9 March 2011, the enforcement date.
3. The notice of modification of this term at 6 March 2011
4. It is enforced from 13 March 2011, the enforcement date.

[AONE's Privacy Policy]
■ Items of Personal Information to be collected
AONE plastic & Aesthetic surgery collects personal information items described below, for online consultation.
○ Collection Item : Name, password for read/ modify, Mobile phone number, E-mail address
○ Identification Item : Name, Social security number, Mobile phone number(need to certification), E-mail address(need to certification), Accredited certificate
○ Personal Information Collection Methods : Subscription for non-membership posting and member's only service.

■ The Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information
AONE collects and uses personal information for the following purpose :
○ Precise diagnosis and answer to customer's question.
■ The Use Period and Retention for Personal Information
The Clinic uses and maintain the personal information for the period of consultation, and also maintain that personal information for the purpose of continuous management after the finish of consultation. And it's possible to read/ request/ deletion that personal information, when the customer request with a letter, a phone call, an E-mail.
But for the case of participating the event, it could be possible that maintain the personal information for control and notice the change until end of the event. AONE also can contact or send a message about the event, regardless of agreement.
■ Destruction Procedure and Method of Personal Information
In principle, after the purposes of collecting and using personal information have been fulfilled, the Clinic shall, without delay, destroy relevant information. The methods and procedures of destructions are as follows :

○ The procedure of destruction

This destruction will be performed without delay, when the customer inform us URL of that information described site with a letter, a phone call, an E-mail.
When the customer doesn't know about that URL, inform us which personal information wants to destroy. We'll check that part and destroy right away.
It should be requested with a appointed document(copy of identification card).

○ Destruction Methods

- The personal information which was saved as electronic file form will be destroyed with a technical way irreproducible.

■ Offer a personal information
The Clinic doesn't offer the customer's personal information to the others, but it is exceptional as follows :

- customers agreed prior to offer

- In accordance with provision by statute or demand in accordance with provision by statute, from organization investigation
■ Rights of users and Legal Representatives, and the Exercise Methods
User and legal representative may read or correct of personal information subscribed on the site. Or, user and legal representative may at anytime apply to withdraw from membership.
For the case of your correction requirement about the wrong personal information, the Clinic doesn't use or offer the personal information of that year until complete the correction.
And the case of providing the wrong personal information to a third party already, the Clinic will notice the result of correction management to a third party without delay.
The Clinic treat deleted or closed personal information by a request of user or legal representative, under the specification of "The period of usage and retention of personal information". And also it's forbidden to read or use that personal information for other purpose. 

- It's possible to read, modify, delete the posting yourself if you know the password of that posting and have a personal information subscribed on the site. 

- If you forgot the password or peruse data, you can contact to personal information control manager(written at the bottom) and ask for help. 

■ Matters on Installation, Operation, and Rejection of Instruments of Personal Information

The Clinic doesn't operate "Cookie" system which frequently save and find out information of customers. Cookies are very small text files sent to browsers of customers by the server used to operate the homepage, which are saved on the computer hard disk of customers. But the Clinic use own server session which doesn't leave anything on your computer.

But, it could be possible to save the cookies for the purpose as keep the sign in state for the convenience of service.

■ Exceptional Items

3. A network of emergency contacts when the policy is changed
